Illuminated Acoustical Solution for Local Library

One of the main goals with designing an acoustical solution is to solve the problem without sacrificing the overall aesthetic. In some cases, our goal is to design a solution that makes a space look even better than before.

For this local library, the problem was simple – design an acoustical treatment that absorbed the sound of voices so guests can relax in a comfortable environment. There are several ways to solve this problem, but our team worked with designers to create a stunning solution that illuminated the entire space. We accomplished this using translucent fabric and LED tiles from Clipso Ceiling & Walls and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the result.
