Warehouse Coordinator

What we need: Our ideal Warehouse Coordinator candidate is analytical, dependable, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, process consistency, and operational organization. They enjoy structured environments, take pride in maintaining reliable systems and inventory accuracy, and are motivated by producing high-quality work through careful attention to detail and follow-through.

Inventory Management

  • Support inventory planning, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory control processes
  • Research, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies within the warehouse management system
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support customer-specific inventory management
  • Coordinate returns and manage warehouse supply replenishment

 Receiving

  • Inspect and verify inbound shipments for accuracy, damage, and documentation compliance
  • Process receiving transactions within the warehouse management system
  • Coordinate damaged freight claims and ensure inventory is properly allocated and stored

Shipping

  • Pick, stage, package, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Generate shipping documentation and coordinate freight pickups and delivery schedules
  • Support customer pickups, local deliveries, and specialized warehouse activities as needed

Warehouse Operations & Safety

  • Maintain organized warehouse systems, inventory locations, and operational workflows
  • Support safe operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment and storage systems
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and warehouse best practices
  • Identify and support process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

 What you need: Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education or certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
  • 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or distribution experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and documentation
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking platforms
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining process consistency and quality standards
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and reach for extended periods
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in varying warehouse conditions

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Status: Full-Time, onsite

Job Class: Exempt
